Our Magnificent Signature Restaurant - The big Palapa captures the charm, color, and energy of the region with exquisite Latin-American Cuisine magically inspired and presented with style and elegance in a setting reminiscent of a modern Ahuan´s (main ruler´s) dining palace. With its luxurious rich wood, iron and stone interior, Las Brisas completes its Four Diamond dining appeal with silver service, fine crystal, linens and bone china for an unparalleled dining experience, memorable for any occasion. Our Private Dining Room seats up to 12 guests comfortably; with its inviting atmosphere and beautiful views, it is the perfect spot for your private dinners and celebrations. Sun, Sand, Meet Food and Fun ! - Located on the Terrace of Las Brisas Restaurant, overlooking Fairmont Mayakoba´s beautiful sandy white beach, guests can enjoy a tangy Margarita or a superb glass of Mexican wine as you gaze upon turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean. Seafood and Steak House - The recently prizewinner with Four Diamonds El Puerto Restaurant, is the place to enjoy authentically local seafood and succulent Caribbean lobster from the Sian Ka'an Biosphere, located on the Caribbean Coast of Mexico. This initiative serves as a model for sustainable development in sensitive tropical ecosystems. The revenue generated through fishing and various on-site activities is used to fund conservation and education programs within the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve.
